I keep reading on blogs the idea of an empty shelf. I can't find an origin although I really haven't looked. But the idea that your house should have an empty shelf and it will help you feel centered.
hmmm for a hoarder that is odd....unfamiliar and a bit scary.
I have no empty shelves, cupboards, drawers, closets. Although for the most part my house looks clean from the outside....do not open anything up!
It is the way of my soul too...the outside looks good (sometimes but the inside is a mess.)
