If your life were the Truman show...

who would get hurt the most.

I thought of this concept when I was trying to think of a way to explain to a friend why I can no longer hang-out with her as much. It is not that I am mad at her. She is being her true authentic self. It is just that if her life were the Truman Show the people who would get hurt are the ones closest to her. Right now her sponsor who does not know that she is engaging in phone sex with her old boyfriend. Old boyfriends are off limits forever which you know if you are true girlfriend. So if you would do that to one girlfriend what will you do to me??

Kind of hard to know if I am being judgemental or paying attention to the red flags that say...be careful..protect your back.

So I will pull away. I have asked my sponsor and she says that I should pull away....stay away from the drama without detaching without the icepick.
