Friday so almost a full week.
am weight 130.6
I went to N yoga class which is hard.
breakfast - 2 eggs, zucchini, onion, grated Parmesan cheese
coffee w powdered cream
lunch - salad with romaine & spinach (we are out of the csa greens thank goodness we get a box this week)
snack - orange - seriously how can this hurt and walnuts
dinner - salad w 2 greens, cooked snap peas, chicken sausage that said zero carbs
I am going to watch a movie at C. she is healthy so I won't be tempted but I have to ask her not to make popcorn as that is a big no no.
But at this point I haven't lost much. I am not in the 120x. But usually at this point I quit. I might try a different diet next Sat if I am not at 125. Given how much sugar I consumed in bread, cookies, candybars, potatoes, chips I can't believe that giving it all up is not making the weight just fall off. There were days I ate two of the big little bags of chips, 2 candy bars in one day. Or when I would eat a little debbie pack in 2 days. How is it that it is this hard....
