I just weighed myself 131. Ughh.
Today
B - skipped
L- sausage (supposedly healthy) salad
Snacks - orange, both cooked and uncooked snap peas, walnuts
tea with lemon
D-salad and steak and broccoli
seriously this sucks that I haven't had any real sugar since last week except for the one piece of bread and the rice w dinner last night.
I am going to a play tomorrow and I am going to Grease.
Maybe my diet will include taking sundays off. Bad things I ate later.
tblspoon of mashed potatoes, macadamia nuts and walnuts, piece of bread, cantaloupe w. brown sugar.
