I used to relapse a lot and now looking back I always planned the drink. It never just happened at a party, I always planned it, I did it when I thought one more drunk won't hurt. I can always start again tomorrow. I know I am an alcoholic and I won't always get another chance. Just telling on myself as it is the beginning of the new year and it could / would be easy to disappear for a few days and drink. I am going to tell on myself at a meeting tomorrow.
