thoughts

i suppose i need to manage my thoughts better. i keep letting myself think bad thoughts. arguing w people in my head and of course winning. i know this is a huge character defect but i believe i would be better if i didnt have so much time on my hands. tomorrow call abt presidential escort, and delta credit card. need to find that stuff. plus get gas. i need to get up early. i think i will skip spin and instead work out in the afternoon. machines are better anyways.
